Welcome to ProjectMirror (projectmirror.app). These Terms & Services (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ProjectMirror and any related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are & how to contact us

2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.


3. Your account
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information and promptly update any changes.

4. What ProjectMirror does
ProjectMirror is an app that showcases projects users create. You may upload, link, or otherwise display your projects and related content to present your work.

5. Your content & license to us
Ownership. You retain all rights to the content you submit (“User Content”).
License. You grant ProjectMirror a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service, and to display your projects as you instruct (e.g., public portfolio pages).
Your responsibilities. You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party rights or laws.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities;
upload malicious code, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, or interfere with the Service;
post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with others.
We may remove content or suspend access if we believe these Terms are breached.

7. Payments
If parts of the Service require payment, you agree to pay the listed fees and applicable taxes. Payment information (e.g., card or billing details) may be collected and processed by us and/or our payment processors. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy & cookies
Personal data we collect: name, email, and payment information.
Non-personal data: we use web cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics.

9. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, and trademarks, is owned by ProjectMirror or its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, we reserve all rights.
10. Third-party services
The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for those services, their content, or their practices.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProjectMirror and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) EUR 100.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold ProjectMirror and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or the law. Upon termination, Sections 5–13 and 15–17 survive.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Where permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the competent courts of Germany.
17. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. No waiver of any term is a continuing waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
